Mike, I mentioned to Kelly and maybe Conner that as IL, we didn't have the ability to modify the promoter agreement to include disclosures, etc. How do we, as IPs, get that done with the Fund's investors? Seems that Decile legal could create a standardized form that the IPs could load into their data room for their LPs that could be updated as COIs come about over the years. I would also think there must be a step-wise guide to disclosing to LPs (e.g. an initial then maybe once a year statement / email notice sent)? Maybe that's overkill. Anyway, I have some companies in my pipeline where I have equity interest in them or advisory work in place that have asked for funding. Lastly, is there a template for setting up an LP AC? Guessing that could be as easy as a one-pager referencing the policy and listing the people who agree to be on it.

HELP: Investor Can't Access Links in Newsletter

Someone in my Investor list got the newsletter, but says he can't access the files in the links. His email is the same as is what is in Hub, so I'm scratching my head. Thanks as always.

FEATURE REQUEST: Add people as an attendee after the Event

I posted an event over LinkedIn and those invited RSVPd in LinkedIn and not by clicking on the Hub link. Would be great if we can add them as an attendee after the event without triggering RSVP emails and such. That way you have an accurate count of all attendees in Hub. This can also take care of those that "walk-in" to the event.

How do i turn off "AI enhanced" from my deal memos?

Issue Sending Intro Request Email in Decile

Hello[Decile email send issue.PNG], I am experiencing an issue while sending an Intro Request email to a Limited Partner Connector in Decile. The system shows the error message: “Email can't be sent due to missing data.” I have already checked all required fields such as contact email, name, and template variables, and everything appears to be filled correctly. How long does it take for wires to show up in account after LPs send them?

Formal Fund Formation

By the time we reach formal fund formation, as Decile Hub users, at what stage does Decile Group step in to support the process — particularly for jurisdictions outside the U.S., such as the UAE? Would we be expected to use our own local agent for fund formation, or does Decile Group typically recommend and coordinate with preferred service providers in those jurisdictions?
