He founded Decile Group, the brand behind VC Lab and its family of products and services for fund managers and LPs. VC Lab has helped launch 1,003 firms in 88 countries.

He is co-creator of Convertible Equity, an early precursor to the SAFE note, and architect of the Mensarius Oath.

Mike is co-founder and architect of VC Lab, where he has personally helped launch 1,003 new venture funds.

Previously Managing Director at Founder Institute, he built Founder Lab, the conceptual blueprint for VC Lab. He helps emerging managers turn their investment thesis into an enduring venture capital firm.

Kelly is a founder turned VC investor with more than a decade in early-stage tech. She leads accelerators for aspiring LPs, emerging managers and the VC-curious.
