Which is better: Investing $100k in a $6M pre-money or $6.1M post-money SAFE?

If I have an opportunity to invest $100k in the same company at either $6M pre-money or $6.1M post-money SAFE which one is better?

For investors, it’s definitely post money SAFE because they set a fixed ownership percentage.
