Can you share how partner carry is usually split among the GP?

Hi there, I see there is a very good resource on Venture Partner agreements (https://govclab.com/venture-share/). Decile Base shared there is a resource on how this is defined for the GP in itself however, the link leads to the VC Labs homepage. I am wondering if anyone has a good resource to share in this regard.

The typical split of carry among General Partners (GPs) is defined in the Venture Share Agreement, which includes a table for equity allocation. This agreement outlines how carried interest is distributed among managers, partners, and venture partners. Class A shares are generally issued to managers and partners in the GP, and the allocation is set at the fund's inception, often at a nominal value per share. For detailed guidance and templates, you can review the Venture Share Agreement resource here: [Venture Share Agreement](https://govclab.com/venture-share/).

If you need more specific examples or breakdowns, the agreement itself provides tables and footnotes to guide your allocation process.
