bulk update for last contact column

Hello,

I sent an email to some specific individuals in the funnel list outside Decile email sending since we got an issue during sendouts and wanted to update the list's "Last Contact" column. When I upload the excel file, the "Last Contact" coulmn went blank and the date that I was supposed to see does not appear.

Currently, Decile Hub does not support bulk updating the "Last Contact" column via Excel upload. If you send emails outside Decile Hub, the system will not automatically update the "Last Contact" field for those contacts. Manual updates are required: you can set the "Last Contact" date individually for each contact within the platform. However, there is no built-in way to bulk update or import these dates via spreadsheet, and uploading an Excel file may overwrite or blank out this field if not formatted correctly.

Thank you, this is noted! The format I used was "m/dd/yyyy h:mm AM/PM" in the excel which is same to the "Last Contact" date format.
