- To edit the link for your pitch deck, go to the Data Room / Folder where your deck is located and find the deck file.
- Click on the paperclip symbol next to the deck file's name and click "Copy file URL to share". This will copy the link.
- Then, go to Entity Management (found on the left-hand-side panel under "Settings").
- Click "edit" to the right of your fund
- "Fundraising Deck URL" is below Fund Thesis.
- Paste the copied deck link into the field and click the Save button.
- Now, whenever you send an email with the deck url variable, it will automatically pull the deck from your Data Room / Folder.
