- Begin by clicking on your profile picture located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu that appears, select "edit profile."
- You will now see an open field labeled "Email Signature" where you can input your desired email signature.
- Once you've filled in your email signature, simply click on the green "Save changes" button.
