Edit the intake form

Is there a way to edit the intake form?

Would like to present the selection criteria as bullet points ...

Yes, you can edit the intake form. Navigate to the 'Form: Investment Inquiries' editor from the left navigation. You can customize the fields/questions of the form, including adding bullet points for selection criteria.

Not clear - the options are only adding questions fields
The description doesn't have a formatting bar like this
