How can I delete a PACT from Hub?

We were reviewing a PACT for a potential top LP in the Decile Hub system when it auto-signed the document. We have now received a concerning email from the LP confused as to what happened. We need the PACT signature backed out of the system. Please let us know what we can do, or what can be done, but this is very urgent.

You can delete a PACT by going to the PACT dashboard, which is found under Fundraising > Pipeline > PACT, and clicking the delete icon next to a PACT. Here's a video showing the process:
