Hub configured to allow 500 per day has not refreshed

I tried to sent another batch of but I received an error since yesterday assuming that I exceeded to 500 emails per day but as I tried to sent today, it wont go through. and I have this error below:

This issue can sometimes occur if the system has not refreshed the quota for the new day. If you continue to experience this problem, try logging out and back in, or wait a bit longer for the quota to refresh.
