No. An individual can not be a GP in two funds under two different ManCos because it's serious conflict of interest for each firm and the fund's LPs will have a major issue with this approach. This is also extremely difficult to manage operationally because of the amount of legal work for both firms as well as the number of policies that will be necessary to make such an arrangement tenable.
