Are there provisions on the establishment of LP committe in LPA?

1 See in Base
0
Yes, often there are.

- Many LPAs either:
- expressly establish an **LP Advisory Committee (LPAC)**, or
- authorize the GP/manager to form one later
- The LPA usually covers:
- purpose and scope
- appointment / removal of members
- voting mechanics
- conflicts review and consent rights
- whether the LPAC is advisory only or has approval rights on specific matters

It is more common to see an **LPAC** than a broad “LP committee.” Exact rights depend entirely on the LPA language.
