What’s the industry standard for fund recycling percentage target in Europe and in the United States?

There are no de facto industry standards, however the following are commonly seen:

  • US - 20% to 25%
  • Europe - 10% to 20%
Keep in mind that recycling is typically limited to the period during which the Fund is investing, or possibly even shorter timelines in Europe.
