Yes, there is. To schedule an email in Decile Hub, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your pipeline and select the stage where you want the email to be sent.
- Click on the stage to add a new task.
- Find the 'Add New Task' option in the stage settings.
- Click "Add New Task" and fill in the necessary details, such as task description, and when you want the task to be executed (immediately due, due [choose amount of days] after entering the stage).
- Click on "Send Email" and select the email you want to send from the dropdown menu.
- Enable the "Automate this Task" option to automate the task to send an email. This will ensure that the email is sent automatically when a contact reaches the designated stage (if set on Immediately due) or when it has been in the stage for a certain period of time (due 1 day after entering the stage, due 2 days after entering the stage, etc).
- Don't forget to click "Save" to implement the changes.
Now, when a contact reaches this stage or has been in the stage for a certain period of time (depending which setting you chose), the email will be sent automatically.
