How do you calculate your personal addressable reach (PAR)?

When talking about fund return, Adeo mentions PAR (here is the post: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/adeoressi_kickstart-your-vc-success-activity-7119709217782992896-LeCv?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop). It is unclear how to calculate this variable.

There are lots of ways to go about this, but one good way is to start with the focus of the thesis. Then, segment the network around this focus. Next, try to identify founders within the network and people that can help those founders. Finally, from the bottoms up try to calculate the value that those individuals can create together.
