UK is not a desirable domicile unless you're based in the UK and all your LPs are in the UK. Indian GPs that are based in India and plan to invest in local companies domicile in India. Alternatively, many also domicile in Delaware if the companies they invest in also are headquartered in a major domicile like Delaware or Singapore.
