The fund admin functionality which includes the capital call tool is currently only available for Decile Partners firms.

Do you perhaps have an advice for how to solve this issue of availability in order to complete my Venture Labs Sprint 8/Task 2 (Dive into the fund accounting features of Decile Hub. First, go to the Fund Admin section and generate a full set of annual reports, reviewing each report and writing a bulleted list of questions that you have. Next, go to the Capital Accounts subsection and set up a capital call for 20% without saving it, writing a second bulleted list with any questions about the process or about the information presented.)

I'm having the same problem. I tried writing on “Percentage to Call” and “Amount to Call” space and it gave me an error. Also tried using the up/down arrows on the “Percentage to Call” (which was not the best UX trying to get to 20% decimal by decimal) only to get another error because the “Amount to Call” did not update with the corresponding amount. I tried this on two different web browsers (Safari and Chrome) and it didn’t work in either, but I did notice that comma separators were used for thousands in Safari and for decimals in Chrome. Attached screenshots of the errors.
