Is the gp commit based on the target or on commitments?

The GP commit is calculated on closed capital rather then the fund’s target. If the LPA bases your GP commit on a percentage, then it’s a percent of closed capital. If the LPA shows a set dollar amount, then your GP commit is simply that set dollar amount.
