LPA agreement when doing fund via start fund.

Hi Everyone, question to VC lab team, or to someone who knows, can we get an LPA agreement that is signed by LPs when doing fund via start fund? 
- Some LPs are asking before hard commenting. I only found The Cornerstone LPA. Is it the same?
- I asked AI but was not sure about  the response.

Hi , I'm not sure if this exactly answers your question. The answer is 'almost'. Start funds use a Start Fund version of our cornerstone LPA, that is customized to their structure. Similar to regular funds , when start funds are onboarded, we generate a customized LPA for the entity, which is exactly what LPs will sign to invest in the fund.

I see we don't have the start fund cornerstone LPA online as a free template, I'll notify our team of that.
