Before the GP can replenish an LP’s **Unused Capital Commitment** with recycled distributions, these conditions generally must be met:

- the **LPA must expressly permit recycling**
- the LP must have received **cumulative distributions at least equal to that LP’s aggregate capital contributions** to the fund
- any recycling must stay within the stated **Recycled Amount cap**
- if the LPA limits timing, recycling must occur **during the investment period or other permitted window**

This is typically tracked **LP by LP**, not just at the fund level.
