For LP fundraising, generally do not use a separate NDA. Use a PACT instead, since the standard PACT includes NDA language and is designed to gate disclosure before sharing more sensitive fund information.
If you are using Decile Hub, you can also control access through the Data Room and make files view-only, which is usually better than adding NDA friction.
