which is the best way to mark a deal as "waiting for information from the startup"

I'm looking for best practices from you all. I'm pretty sure we can get away with it using a tag but I'm wondering what everyone else is using.

I want to track co-investors in hub - what is the best way to do this?

I want to create a co-investor pipeline. These are things I want to do with it: • Easily add folks to the list • Easily share deals via email • Share the list with our founders so they can request intros • Keep track of who we have co-invested with already & are close to • Keep track of what they invest in • Add them to our newsletter, etc. Would it make sense to track this in a new pipeline in "connectors"? Or did you see any other good solution for this? If the pipeline in connectors would make the most sense, can you create the new pipeline for our fund?

How can I add a tag to contacts in bulk?

I'm creating a firm newsletter and would like to tag all of our Fund I LP pipeline and the soft circled Fund II LPs. I'm able to add a "newsletter" tag to an individual contact, but am looking for a way to add it to multiple contacts or an entire pipeline?
