Launching a fund costs $150,000 in legal fees and takes 6-12 months. Running a fund requires cobbling together dozens of outdated, disconnected tools.
This ends in 2026.
Our vision is clear: We are going to help form over 250 new venture capital firms worldwide this year. These won't be vanity projects. They'll be serious funds run by specialist managers with deep domain expertise, backed by a new generation of limited partners, and powered by agentic AI infrastructure.
Here are the five major transformations we're driving:

Fourth, we're deploying an AI co-founder. To scale without proportional headcount, we're building AI that handles complex tasks autonomously rather than just providing tools managers must learn to use.
